snipeship#45) Two issues prevented OAuth account addition from working: 1. main.ts passed a fake adapter that auto-returned empty strings for OAuth modes (intended only for API key accounts). For claude-oauth and console modes, apiKey was empty, so adapter.input() returned "" immediately without prompting. 2. std-adapter.ts used Bun's synchronous prompt() which doesn't work reliably in WSL2, compiled binaries, or non-TTY contexts. It returns null immediately instead of waiting for input. Changes: - main.ts: Route OAuth modes to stdPromptAdapter instead of the auto-completing fake adapter - std-adapter.ts: Replace Bun's prompt() with Node's readline module which works reliably across all environments Fixes snipeship#44
